Jim Foster was born in Bluefield WV.  He was a medical laboratory technician before becoming a master cosmetologist.  He attended Cappelli Learning Institute for Cosmetology in 1988 under the direction of Fugi Escabedo. Jim is an exceptionally technical hairdresser and a master of color. He opened Real...Gifts, Hair and...(now Real Salon) in December of 2000 providing the citizens of Avondale Estates, Decatur and surrounding areas high quality hair care in a friendly and relaxed environment.
