The atmosphere in the salon is always laid back and friendly.  Everyone from the receptionist, Amanda, to the owner, Jim, welcomes me when I walk in the door. I always look forward to my visits because I know that I will be treated well and leave feeling wonderful.
 
Real is the best place to go for an up to date hair cut and/or color, but what I love the most are the people that work there - they are all just great!

I think of him as a Hair Therapist.. we can talk about what I need and want and then, basically, I say "do what you want" and he always makes me happy! -- Linda L.: Stephen Henson has been styling my hair (difficult because it’s fine and has a cowlick) for well over 25 years.   He has taken me from the long, tightly permed do of my youth to more age-appropriate, but always up-to-date styles we’ve switched to since then.  He deals cheerfully with my unwillingness to use a blow dryer, curling iron or any other styling measure on my own except putting down the car’s convertible top for a wind dry and maybe adding a little product.  I would recommend Stephen to anyone, especially people with hair eccentricities!
